On April 19, the  Economic Daily  reported an interview with Prof. Yu Miaojie, a deputy to the 14 th  National People's Congress, Fellow of the International Economic Association, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of Liaoning University. Prof. Yu Miaojie believes that Liaoning's talent "gravitational field" is strengthening — sincerely attracting, implementing real policies, and investing substantial resources. "Grasping the core talents is the key to winning both the present and the future." Efforts should be made to reserve and cultivate future talents, including strategic talents who set the direction, leading talents who shoulder heavy responsibilities, and top talents who play leading roles.
